Initial assessment
This initial assessment is a chance to meet each other and for me to hear what troubles you. They can take up to two hours as it will be very through and detailed.
Follow up/Review appointments
One hour of biopsychosocial physiotherapy. (All depends on what you would like from physiotherapy and what goals you have set out in the initial assessment).
Hands off, Hands on or Both
Ultimately, you decide.​

Whilst it is understandable that failure to attend may be unavoidable, non-attendance has a direct result on income stability, as such it is necessary to charge a fee for lost income:
